The Parent HelpLine is a statewide, toll-free telephone crisis hotline that offers immediate assistance to parents and other primary caregivers in Florida who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or who have specific questions or needs about their children, or their behavior. The HelpLine is open 7am-11pm, Monday thru Sunday. We are closed on state holidays.
